Final Friday | 2013

Inter-Faith Ministries is opening the C.A.F.E. Gallery each month during Final Friday, 6-9 PM to share the rich art of the many faiths in Wichita. Each month a different faith group or congregation will host the event with art, entertainment, and refreshments characteristic of the culture.

March 29 - Cuba in Art, presented by Friends University Jazz Ensemble -Print flyer

April 26 - Presented by Wilfried (Wil) Fathi

May 31 - No exhibit

June 28 - Presented by Mid-Kansas Jewish Federation

August 30 - Presented by representatives of the Muslim community

Humanitarian Awards Dinner | August 22, 2013

Five different recognition awards were presented by IFM in 2012.  Peace by Piece Award, Leadership through Faith Award, Spirit of Faith Award, Spirit of Light Award, and Golden Rule Award.  Read more about the Humanitarian Awards and the Award Descriptions through these links.

Souper Bowl Friday | February 2, 2014

2013 Souper Bowl Friday, was great fun!  More than 600 hungry folks enjoyed a delicious bowl of soup, beverage, and desert if desired.  Door prizes were given away and beautiful decorator bowls made by local artist that could be purchased.  Look for us in 2014 - Always the first Friday of February just before the big Super Bowl game.  Call 316-264-9303 for information.  Click to see soup flavors and donors for 2013!
